• Perishable goods (e.g., food items).

• Customized or personalized products.

• Products marked as final sale on the product page.

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
